01. Space Overview 🔍

This studio is a compact living space that incorporates all the essential functions of a full-sized home.
Despite its limited size, an efficient open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, bedroom, study, and kitchen areas.

With two large windows, the space enjoys abundant natural light and ventilation, ensuring a bright and comfortable atmosphere even within a small footprint.

The design emphasizes both minimalism and practicality, offering an ideal environment for a modern working professional who values having both personal and work spaces in one cohesive setting.

02. Design Concept:
A Balance of Raw Texture and Black Accents 🧱

The overall space is designed with a combination of rough-textured brick walls and bold black elements.
Black steel frames, slatted black blinds, and black pendant lights are strategically placed throughout, creating a sense of unity and adding a refined edge to the interior.

Additional features, such as the air conditioner and framed artworks, also adopt a black color scheme to reinforce the space's distinct identity further.

To maintain visual balance, smaller accessories were kept minimal and in white tones, allowing the main palette of black, brick, and white to stand out clearly.
The unfinished texture of the brick walls introduces organic lines and layered depth, giving the space a raw yet inviting sense of vitality.

03. Practicality and Layout: Big Potential in a Small Space 🌟

Although compact, the open-plan layout maximizes functionality without feeling cramped.
Each area of the study, the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, flows naturally into the next, enhancing the overall efficiency and livability of the space.

The desk was designed with a shallow depth but extended length to maximize workspace efficiency in the study area.

A large, floor-to-ceiling window was installed to bring in abundant natural light, helping the space feel more expansive and open despite its modest footprint.

At dusk, the warm, fading sunlight gently washes over the brick walls, creating a uniquely serene and captivating atmosphere that defines the character of the home.

04. Bedroom 🛏️

The bedroom is positioned next to a sunlit window, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.
The bed is enclosed on three sides by walls, creating a "cozy" and "intimate atmosphere".

A rug placed beneath the bed subtly defines the sleeping area, gently separating it from the surrounding open space.

A wardrobe was placed at the foot of the bed to enhance circulation and maximize functional efficiency.

05. Office 🖥️

The office zone is visually defined by the arrangement of the desk, wall-mounted shelves, and a clock.
Rather than simply placing a desk and computer, the design draws the eye upward along the wall, creating a sense of openness while subtly distinguishing the workspace from the rest of the area.

06. Livingroom 🛋️

The living area also maintains the black color scheme.
A sofa combining stainless steel and leather was placed to evoke a sleek, "studio-like atmosphere".
This space is subtly divided by a large framed artwork on the wall and a rug on the floor, creating a sense of distinct zoning.

It’s the perfect spot to read a magazine or a book under the sunlight, but personally, my favorite moment is unwinding here after work, enjoying a beer while watching TV 📺.
